"My name is Emma Ruth, and I'm a Paci-holic..."

Emma has been clean for 3 days now. From my perspective (Brandon), this has been a painless process. Krista would disagree. The first day's meltdown in the car on the way home from daycare and the 20-30 minutes at home were the hardest part. After that, she's been fine. It's almost as if she never needed them. I'm really surprised, to be honest. Our process, for those that are interested, was to send her to daycare and ask them not to give it to her during the day. They normally only give it to her during nap time. When she came home, the house was cleared of all pacifiers and we changed the routine a little to keep her a little distracted (gave her a favorite book of hers to go to sleep that first night). Otherwise, nothing special. Hopefully she won't fall off the wagon in the coming days.
